4 ripe bananas
6 tbsp castor sugar
6 tbsp water
4 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
375ml (1 1/2 cups) coconut milk
Peel and slice bananas into 2.5cm thick slices on the diagonal.
Place bananas into a saucepan and add all remaining ingredients.
Cook over high heat for 3 minutes,
then lower heat and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Dish out and serve.
