My Sweetheart Smells Like Fresh

Time passes real fast yea? It's already Week 14(a)of Project Alpha instant cash blogging.

Whee~ So, ready and set for another round of instant cash blogging =) ?

What does my sweetheart smell like actually?

If a sweetheart means boyfriend or girlfriend, regretfully I don't have one =((

But who says it means bf/gf? It's how conventional minds think. STEREOTYPE!!

To me, sweetheart = people whom I love.

When I love them, I want the best for them =)

Not to mention wanting them to smell nice
too. Haha.

Who likes body odour?
Who likes sweaty underarms?

Eew. I'm pretty sure no one does.

There's a cure! Or rather a prevention.

Caramel Bananas

4 ripe bananas
6 tbsp castor  sugar
6 tbsp water
4 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
375ml (1 1/2 cups) coconut milk


Peel and slice bananas into 2.5cm thick slices on the diagonal.
Place bananas into a saucepan and add all remaining ingredients.
Cook over high heat for 3  minutes,
then lower heat and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Dish out and serve.

Another round of long awaited Instant cash blogging is here again.

So.. people. What's happening this time round? The Project Alpha bloggers at the Adidas Ole KO road show at Centre Court, Mid Valley Megamall, Friday 21 May at 7.30pm! Adidas Ole KO Challenge! Whee. . .

But... err.. wait.. Futsal competition? I am not so sure bout this.. Quite an unusual topic for Instant Cash Blogging this week, yea? It's a bit hard for me this time. 

Why?

1. Im not very familiar with Season 1 and season 2 bloggers.

2. I'm new with project alpha. 

3. The only project alpha bloggers i know is Shaolin Tiger and Xiaxue.

4. Futsal? I don't like it. It's for guys.

Sigh. But okay then, I'll try. I'm gonna get that rm20 this time! So that I can belanja my mum makan dinner sedap!! Right?


So..

Futsal = sport = stamina = strength = agility.

Futsal competition eh? Guys play Futsal. Girls? I don't think so. In sprots like these, guys excel better.. Testerone, maybe? 

Haha. Thus and therefore, naturally, generally, I assume Guys can do better in Futsal. So.. Xiaxue. You're off the list. Shaolin tiger? yes!

Apart from gender, there are quite a number of interesting things bout him.

My car is kinda cool I think and in general I love things that go fast, and I love to go fast..that includes Motor-Bikes, Jet-skis and anything else a bit crazy. Outdoor kinda stuff is cool by me too, that includes hiking, jungle trekking, white water rafting, canoeing, abseiling and all that funk. - shaolin tiger.

Seems that he quite enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, jungle trekking, white water rafting, canoeing, abseiling huh? Additional marks for Shaolin Tiger!! Haha. So.. More outdoor activities = fitter = more agile = play futsal better!




Hahahaha.




Another thing is.. his name!


Shaolin tiger. He loves martial arts. and modern self defence sports.

Its not something that I’m ashamed of, just isn’t something that i go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but i consider myself a female. Its just a little bit of a penis and really doesnt interfere much with my life. the reason I haven’t talked about it is that its not a big deal to me. like come on. its not like we all go around talking about our vags. I think this is a great opportunity to make other multiple gendered people feel more comfortable with their bodies. Cuttlefish salad

Cuttlefish salad

1 soaked cuttlefish
400g fresh large squid, score the inner body and cut into thick slices
4 kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
30g dried prawns, rinsed and coarsely ground
2 tbsp oil
1 bombay onion, sliced
1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3cm knob ginger, finely chopped
5-6 birds eye chillies, chopped

Sauce ingredients(combined)
3 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp sugar or to taste
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp pepper


Garnishing
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Wash cuttlefish and make shallow slant cuts across the inside surface in a criss-cross pattern. Cut into thick slices. Lightly season cuttlefish with a little sugar and pepper for 10-15 minuts. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan and scald the cuttlefish slices for 20-30 seconds. Drain well and immerse in a basin of ice-cold water for 10 minutes.
Remove and drain well.

Basic tart dough

100g unsalted butter
100g icing sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp vanilla essence
250g plain flour

Cream butter and icing sugar until creamy, then add in egg and essence. Continue to cream until well combined.

Sift in flour to mix into a firm dough. Wrap pastry in a plastic bag and chill for 30 minutes.
